TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AGE LIMITS & DRIVING LICENSE
Driver must be aged 18 years old and above with possession of a valid driving license.
2. RENTAL RATES
Daily rental rates refer to 24 hours with unlimited mileage utilization. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
3. DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Delivery and collection charges depend on pick up and drop off locations.
4. ACCIDENT DAMAGES TO HIRED VEHICLES (CDW)
Driver is liable for damages / repair cost if rented cars involved in any accidents.
5. EXTENSION OF RENTAL
Extension of rental period is allowed subject to prior notification and settlement of such extension.
6. PETROL REFILL
Car is supplied with minimum fuel of RM10, and customer is obliged to return the car with the same amount.
7. VEHICLES ENTERING SINGAPORE / THAILAND
Vehicles are prohibited to enter Singapore or Thailand.
8. TRAFFIC OFFENCES
Customer is responsible for all traffic offences inclusive parking fees and toll charges during rental.
9. TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash and Credit Cards.
10 . DEPOSIT
Range between RM50 – RM300. Refundable via online transfer within 10 working days after checking with PDRM Traffic Summonses.
11. DOCUMENT REQUIRED
IC, Driving License, or Guarantor IC (for student).
